Z05-01 POLYESTER, PET (LUMILER, MYLAR)

There are film, stickers or bottles made of polyester. Some are treated and others are untreated. Untreated PET is the subject of this article1.

   Matt. Slow drying ink. Excellent in printability and adhesion.
2. #9100PL PET New !
   Semi-gloss. Fast drying. Non-silicone de-foamer is used. Low-halogen and Low-naphthalene.
3. RC TUM 64
   Good curing. Line-up of color inks is added. Low-halogen.

Z05-02 TREATED PET

Pre-treated PET film and stickers. Almost all the ink of both solvent-based and UV adhere to this material. Choose the most suitable ink series.

   Gloss. Good printability. Suitable for high-speed printing.
2. #3100 FM
   Two-component ink. Ink dries at low temperature. Excellent heat resistance. Designed for insert-molding.
3. #8000 PC
   Good for process of molding. #8000 is also used for PC name plates.
4. RC M 47
   Matt. Good printability. Reasonable price with high quality.
5. RC LP 47
   Reasonable price with high quality. Good adhesion/flexibility
6. RC CPO 63
   Excellent printability with cylinder press. Fast cure.
7. PES-B
   Excellent in flexibility and chemical resistance. Designed for treated PET containers.
   

Z05-03 PET-G, A-PET

Substitutional materials for non-crystallized polyester(PET) and vinyl(PVC). They take a shape of transparent sheets in many cases. Solvent resistance of the material is not good. It is advised to be careful of cracks, especially with opaque white ink.
