UV lamp check-up

The life of UV lamp is regarded to have been run down when UV power comes to 70% of the initial condition. The life is approximately 1000-1500 hours. It is essential to maintain good condition of UV lamp to cure the ink properly. It is necessary to measure the efficiency of the lamp regularly with UV power meter or UV integral light meter.

white backing

The white ink to be printed as backing of other colors when the ink is printed on the back side of the transparent sustrate. This white ink is printed last. Pastel colors and silver are sometimes used instead of white.
