VINI-GLOSS INK

INTRODUCTIONS

VINI-GLOSS INK is designed for general plastics. The quality is high and the price is reasonable. All colors are conformed to EN-71.

APPLICATIONS

Flexible vinyl, rigid vinyl, vinyl stickers, acryl, ABS, polycarbonate, paper.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Excellent printability. Gloss finish of good levelling can be obtained.
• Good adhesion.
• Resistant to oil, alcohol, gasoline and chemicals.
• Good blocking resistance.
• All colors are conformed to EN71-3(Europe safety standard for toys).

HOW TO USE

• Dilute the ink with VINYL THINNER(fast drying, standard drying, slow drying).
• Use isophorone to make drying slower.

DRYING

01 WHITE diluted with vinyl standard thinner is printed on rigid vinyl.
Tack-free time : 25°C(77°F)-approx.10-15 minutes.
Complete drying : 25°C(77°F)-approx.60-90 minutes.

STENCIL & WASHING UP

Use photo stencil. Use our #10 THINNER for washing up.

COLOR RANGE & TYPE OF PACKING

Standard 26 colors. 1-kg-can.

PRECAUTIONS

• The lightfastness varies depending on the color. Choose the proper color to meet your application. Please refer to the list of lightfastness for the data of each color.
• The color shades are as per our color guide(gloss),1995 version.
• Use SSP THINNER (standard drying) when the substrate is polycarbonate in order to prevent crack.
• VINI-GLOSS INK is mixable with 100 SERIES SUPER GLOSS INK.
• Please refer to MSDS before use.
• Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.

Grade 8 : Superb. outdoor exposure >2 years.

Grade 7 : Excellent. outdoor exposure <2 years.

Grade 6 : Good. outdoor exposure <1 year.

Grade 5 : Fair. outdoor exposure <6 months.

Grade 4 : Ordinary. outdoor exposure <4 months.

1. Lightfastness changes depending on coating thickness and the purpose for which the printed matters are used. The value above was gained from lab test of exposing the printed matter to the south at 45 degrees. The value does not imply any guarantee.
2. The value above is for dark colors. The lightfastness of pale colors is inferior to them.
3. 05 BRIGHT RED, 06 BRIGHT RED, 08 RED and 09 RED are not conformed to EN71-3.
