APPLICATIONS
Halftone printing on acryl and rigid vinyl.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent transparency and high opacity.
- Superior lightfastness . Outdoor exposure stand over 2 years.
- Excellent reproducibility.
HOW TO USE
- Thin the primary colors with VINYL THINNER(standard drying or slow drying).
- Add HALFTONE CLEAR or EXTENDER to lower the density of the primary colors. In this case, CLEAR makes higher gloss and EXTENDER makes lower gloss.
- Use our #10 THINNER for washing up.
DRYING
Acrylic plate : 10-15 minutes at 20°C(68°F).
NOTES
- H-SERIES HALFTONE INK can be mixed with any vinyl ink and our 100 SERIES SUPER GLOSS INK.
- H-SERIES HALFTONE INK dries slowly. Complete drying is essential to prevent blocking when it is printed on flexible vinyl.

Grade 7 : Excellent, outdoor exposure >1 year <2 years
- Lightfastness is much influenced by how thick the ink film is and how the printed matters are used. The figures above are measured by exposing the printed matters at 45 degrees to the south. The figures do not imply any guarantee.
- The above figures are measured for dark colors. The lightfastness of pale colors are inferior to them.
