200 SERIES Q-SET INK

INTRODUCTIONS

200 SERIES Q-SET INK dries fast, and shows good printablility and matt finish. Ink film is thick and opaque. Color performance is also good. Q-SET INK is used in wide area including posters.

APPLICATION

Posters, paper, foamed styrene, sign boards of cloth, wooden Products.

CHACTERISTICS

• Low odor, fast cure and good printability.
• Q-SET gives satin-like effect on printed surface.
• Ink film is thick and opaque.
• Ink gives complete matt finish and film does not become glossy even after several passes.
• All sorts of stencils can be used.
• All colors are lead-free.

HOW TO USE

Dilute the ink with Q-SET STANDARD DRYING THINNER. Q-SET FAST DRYING THINNER is recommended when fast cure is required. Use kerosene to slow drying.

DRYING

Wood free paper : approx. 5 - 15 minutes at 20°C(68°F)

STENCIL & WAHING UP

All sorts of stencils (laquer film, water-resistant film, photo stencil) can be used. Our Q-SET FAST DRYING THINNER is recommended for washing up.

COLORS & TYPE OF PACKING

• Standard 21 colors : 1kg, 4kgs
• Fluorescent 6 colors : 1kg, 4kgs

PRECAUTIONS

1. Q- SET INK cannot be mixed with other inks.
2. How to remove laquer film;
   a. Coat the stencil with our REMOVER with waste.
   b. Film can be removed easily after 3-4 minutes.
3. 300 SERIES T-SET INK is recommended for gloss finish on paper, 600 SERIES VAC COLOR INK for thick coating.

5. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
